Terms of Service — WeSolvix

1. What is WeSolvix

WeSolvix is a business identity operating system. It provides CRM, booking, landing pages, email, and payment tools — all connected through a single business identity layer called the "soul." You configure your soul once, and every feature adapts to your business automatically. If a feature you need doesn't exist, you can describe it and the AI-powered "WeSolvix It" feature will build it for you.

WeSolvix is a managed platform operated by WeSolvix LLC, available at https://www.trueclaimsolutions.org.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during signup
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; business accounts belong to the business

3. Acceptable Use

• Use WeSolvix for lawful business purposes
• Do not use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Do not attempt to access other users' data
• Do not reverse engineer or attack the service

4. Your Data

• You own your data (contacts, bookings, emails, soul configuration)
• We do not claim ownership of any content you create
• You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the service
• You can export or delete your data at any time

5. Subscription and Billing

WeSolvix offers one plan: the WeSolvix Complete bundle at $997/month. It includes Conversation AI, AI Booking Agent, Automations, LeadRadar, Reputation Responder, Win-back Campaigns, Market Intelligence, Customer Portal, a Monthly Report, and a Live Dashboard. Optional add-ons: Social Media Advertising ($1,499/month), SEO Optimization ($497/month), Website Build & Hosting ($500 one-time setup + $49/month hosting), and AI Proposal & Quote Generator ($147/month).

Pricing is displayed for transparency; there is no self-serve checkout. Subscriptions are arranged directly with WeSolvix — contact wesolvixllc@gmail.com to get started. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. WeSolvix It (AI Features)

The WeSolvix It feature uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate custom software blocks based on your description. Generated blocks run within your WeSolvix instance. AI-generated code is provided as-is. You should review generated features before using them with real client data.

7. Limitation of Liability

WeSolvix is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.

9. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

WeSolvix and the businesses that operate on it use SMS to communicate with people who provide a mobile number. By giving your phone number — when you book an appointment, submit a form, place a call, or reply to a text — you consent to receive text messages related to that business at the number you provided. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

• Program description: messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-ups, review requests, account and service notifications, and replies to messages you send.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or email wesolvixllc@gmail.com.
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business.
• Message and data rates may apply.Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send or receive.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
